Florentine Stuffed Shells

Pasta is traditionally used as a means of eating a filling or sauce.  With shells,    you get the option of filling them with various stuffings. One popular version, the Nova Scotia Sea Shells, consists of fresh ricotta with Crab meat and Béchamel sauce.

Our Product

  • A wholesome product made with Enriched 100% Canadian Durum Wheat Semolina and Pasteurized Whole Eggs.
  • Shells can be filled with a variety of items.  We offer either Fresh Ricotta, Romano and Parmiggiano Reggiano cheeses, sauté spinach, parsley and fresh spices OR Canadian AAA Lean Ground Beef and fresh spices
